Ingredients to use:

0.67	dash	Angostura	Bitters
1	oz		Scotch
0.67	dash		Sugar Syrup
1	oz	Sweet	Vermouth

Directions:

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice.
