| Directions: | This is a variant on the standard Diplomat. To achieve the proper temperature, chill the dry vermouth and allow the rosso vermouth to stay at room temperature. Add 2 or more dashes Angostura bitters to get a pronounced texture and flavor. For a Welcome Diplomat, add one teaspoon grenadine syrup instead of the Angostura. | ||||||||||
