Directions: | Mix rye, simple syrup, and bitters in shaker. Mix with ice until chilled. Coat inside of serving glass with pernod and discard remaining pernod. Strain into coated glass. Twist lemon slice into drink and add rind for garnish. Enjoy slowly. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
