| Directions: | This is a favourite hangover cure from Yorkshire in England. Very reliable - replaces valuable salt lost during heavy drinking, returning the body to an isotonic level How to make: Add 5 teaspoons of salt (preferably sea salt, but any will do) to a glass. Add water to taste and down in one. Kiss that hangover goodbye. | ||||||||||
